Hands down the best Persian ice cream. ashta flavor is rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, just pure, authentic flavor. You can tell everything is made with real, quality ingredients. staff made the whole experience even better warm, welcoming, and happy to walk you through the flavors if you’re new to Persian-style ice cream. The shop itself is clean and cozy, a great little spot to stop for a treat.

I can’t say enough good things about Yummy Land. this place is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re hit with the fresh, vibrant energy of the place. Their ice cream is unbelievably creamy, rich, and packed with flavor . you can tell it’s made with quality ingredients. Every scoop tastes fresh and indulgent without being overly heavy. But what really sets Yummy Land apart is their fresh fruit juices. They taste like they were picked and pressed right in front of you, pure, refreshing, and naturally sweet. A Hidden Gem for Authentic Persian Ice Cream! I’m amazed I didn’t discover this wonderful place sooner! This is hands down one of the best ice cream shops I’ve visited. Their authentic Persian ice cream is absolutely exceptional, and the warm, welcoming hospitality made us feel like family from the moment we walked in. The ambience is cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating space perfect for groups. The Persian flavors are phenomenal and transported me straight back to Iran. Every spoonful was a nostalgic journey filled with authentic taste and quality ingredients. The Faloode was equally amazing, perfectly complementing the ice cream.
